On Leadership ... with Ralph Kelly
In this film Ralph Kelly - for 30 years a priest in the Episcopal Church U.S.A. and teacher of AI for over 15 years - shares some thoughts on leadership and reflects on some of the core values he sees in our lives: Love, Truth and Humbleness. This portrait is the result of a wonderful open conversation I had with Ralph in May 2015 at his kitchen table. During that conversation Ralph shared many wonderful stories and reflected on their meaning. What you see in this portrait is a summary of that conversation. This portrait is the 8th in series on 21st century leaders with whom I had the privilege of having an open conversation with on leadership. I'm making this serie as part of my PhD on 'The Soul of the Appreciative Leader'.
