On Leadership ... with J. Lyell Clark III
In this film J. Lyell Clarke, President and CEO of Clarke, shares some of his thoughts on Appreciative Leadership and the transformation that took place at Clarke. The footage for this portrait was shoot in front of a life audience during the Worldwide Appreciative Inquiry Conference in South Africa. In an open conversation - no questionnaire, no preparation - he shared his views as to what happened around the transformation that took place at Clarke.
This portrait is the 4th in a serie on 21st century leaders with whom I had the privilege of having a conversation with on leadership. I'm making this serie as part of my PhD on 'The Soul of the Appreciative Leader'.
