On Leadership ... with Jane Magruder Watkins
In this film Jane Magruder Watkins shares some of her thoughts on Appreciative Leadership, teaching what appreciative inquiry is really about. The footage for this portrait was shoot in May 2015 at her home in Williamsburg. In an open conversation of several hours - no questionnaire, no preparation - she shared her views as to what happened around leadership, teaching and appreciative inquiry. This 5 minute film is capturing some of the highlights around the themes mentioned.
This portrait is the 5th in a serie on 21st century leaders with whom I had the privilege of having a conversation with on leadership. I'm making this serie as part of my PhD on 'The Soul of the Appreciative Leader'.
