To better manage rapid growth, the municipal government of Dubai and the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) hired Jones Lang LaSalle and Parsons Brinckerhoff to undertake transit-oriented development master plans and implementation at 17 sites along the Dubai Metro, a heavy rail transit line currently under construction. Jones Lang LaSalle and Parsons Brinckerhoff needed a visual solution to communicate to prospective investors the proposed master plan sites.

Parsons Brinckerhoff created 3D renderings, animation and a lifestyle video to be the focus of a presentation to RTA board members, developers and investment firms to assist with planning and decision making about the future of Transit Oriented Development in Dubai.
