Vincent
Vincent is the story of a devoted dog who after noticing that his owner is upset he attempts to cheer her up, only to realise the cause of her grief is that he has passed away. On realising that he has died, Vincent starts to fade away and now must find a way to bridge the gap between himself and his owner before he disappears. The narrative focuses on the relationship between the two characters, and many of our visual choices are built around their relationship throughout the film. Our intention with this project was to create a strong narrative which can provoke an emotion in the audience alongside creating a visual aesthetic inspired by stop-motion animation.
