Plank Progressions

Purpose: To strengthen the abdominals and shoulders stabilizers while maintaining a neutral spine position throughout.

Description: Start on your hands and knees, then place your elbows on the floor directly below your shoulders. Hover your body over the floor while maintaining a neutral spine. Start with 10 second holds and 3 repetitions, then build to 6 repetitions.
