The Urschel SL-A MEAT CUBE CUTTER is manufacturer recommended and designed for continuous operation, uniformly cutting dices, strip cuts or slices of cooked or raw frozen tempered meats, including, but not limited to pepperoni, hard salami, cooked roast beef, ham, pork, mutton, chicken, liver, seafood, fish, pet food, onions, and cabbage.

FEATURES:

~ Manufacturer rated for infeed of firm products up to 4 inches (101.6mm) in any dimension.
~ A three-dimensional cutter manufacturer rated for cuts (with appropriate change parts).
+ Slice knife cuts to 1/2 inch (12.7mm).
+ Circular knife cuts: 1/8 inch to 2 inches (3.2 to 50.8mm).
+ Crosscut knife cuts: 1/8 inch to 3 inches (3.2 to 76.2mm).
