  6. Joe Botello Military Honors Funeral at Riverside National Cemetery Video

Joe was born on June 1, 1960. He was a military man, serving in the Army and National Guard, and he was honored and proud to have been able to serve his country. During his service, he was given the opportunity to be stationed overseas in Germany, and while there he developed a love for German food. He always enjoyed good food in general, especially fried chicken and ribeye steak, and was always on the search for the best calamari. He also had a sweet tooth and would often be seen munching away on something sweet.

Joe was honest, hardworking, and courageous. He was a family man and loved each and every one of his family members to the fullest. Joe was also especially close with his grandchildren. He loved spending time with his family, as well as bike riding and playing the guitar. Although not materialistic in any way, Joe did enjoy collecting rare quality items that were meant to last for a long time. He loved collecting stones, and he also collected watches which he would gift to his family. Joe loved knowledge, and he could often be found watching The History Channel and Discovery Channel.

Joe was a man full of life. He was fun, engaging, entertaining, always truthful, and always the best dressed man around. Joe will be remembered as a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and soldier, and he will be greatly missed by all. We love you, may you rest in peace.
