CVRPC Central Vermont Regional Planning Commission

The mission of the Central Vermont Regional Planning Commission (CVRPC) is to assist member municipalities in providing effective local government and to work cooperatively with them to address regional issues. The CVRPC works with area non-profits, other regional organizations, State and Federal agencies, and the general public. The CVRPC implements a variety of projects and programs tailored to local and regional needs, and also completes projects of statewide importance and interest.

The member Vermont communities served by the Central Vermont Regional Planning Commission include: Barre City, Barre Town, Berlin, Cabot, Calais, Duxbury, East Montpelier, Fayston, Marshfield, Middlesex, Montpelier, Moretown, Northfield, Orange, Plainfield, Roxbury, Waitsfield, Warren, Washington, Waterbury, Williamstown, Woodbury, Worcester

CVRPC April 14, 2015 meeting

The April 14, 2015 meeting of the Central Vermont Regional Planning Commission included: • Report by Central Vermont Economic Development • Nominating Committee presents slate of officers and Executive Committee at large members for FY 2016. Nominations from the floor requested. Ballots will be printed and mailed to Commissioners the week after the Commission meeting.• Review and accept amendments to the Utilities and Facilities Element of the 2008 Regional Plan
