CVRPC Central Vermont Regional Planning Commission

The mission of the Central Vermont Regional Planning Commission (CVRPC) is to assist member municipalities in providing effective local government and to work cooperatively with them to address regional issues. The CVRPC works with area non-profits, other regional organizations, State and Federal agencies, and the general public. The CVRPC implements a variety of projects and programs tailored to local and regional needs, and also completes projects of statewide importance and interest.

The member Vermont communities served by the Central Vermont Regional Planning Commission include: Barre City, Barre Town, Berlin, Cabot, Calais, Duxbury, East Montpelier, Fayston, Marshfield, Middlesex, Montpelier, Moretown, Northfield, Orange, Plainfield, Roxbury, Waitsfield, Warren, Washington, Waterbury, Williamstown, Woodbury, Worcester

The January 13, 2015 meeting of the Central Vermont Regional Planning Commission included: • Public hearing to review and approve the Duxbury Town Plan and confirm the Town's planning process • Presentation about Act 148 “Universal Recycling” and what it means to your town.
