One of two projects completed in THR-VIS319 ("Scenic Design") at Princeton University, this project centers on a set designed for a hypothetical production of Georg Büchner's Woyzeck. Because the play is set in a provincial town, I chose to construct my set out of wood tile. Because the play has an extremely paranoid, claustrophic feel, I constructed the set to be very small and pushed-inward, with only tiny door "slots" as ways in and out of the set. In this montage, I'm portraying what the scene of Marie's death would look like. Because Woyzeck's soul and mind are lost in the scene, I have two bodies laid out in the scene instead of one.
