Movement Preparation: Out 5 Jump 3

This activity combines “In In Out Out” in a single rung (no forward motion) with a jump, developing quickness of movement, explosiveness and effective targeting for two-foot landings.

-- Start with both feet outside the ladder straddling the first square
-- Jump with both feet to the inside of the ladder
-- Jump with both feet to the outside of the ladder
-- Repeat five times
-- After the third time jump forward 3 rungs
-- Repeat pattern for the length of the ladder
