Integrating platforms based on the central office concept. New delivery model that represents a shift from transaction execution to business outcome delivery while providing  insights and frictionless processes. It requires the “whole” organization to come so close to the business and the customer that the lines between the back office  (ERP), the front office (CRM) and data management begin to disappear. (ie: processes that cross finance, human resources, call centers and sales integrating across the whole organization).
