CTI-X7® 15" Classifying Cyclone Arrangement ID:004

CTI -X7 Ceramic Classifying Cyclone Arrangements are installed in process operations all over the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The CTI-X7 design standard has been progressive; establishing a standard of excellence as to cost performance and consistent classification in process of sand laden flows. A system comprised of a CTI-X7 ceramic feed to ceramic distributor and 15" to 26" ceramic cyclones mounted to the cyclone tub/platform can be installed as a complete unit.
Normally, cyclone banks are located in the highest part of the process plant; therefore, making maintenance and access difficult. By utilizing ceramics, you minimize maintenance cost and improve more consistent plant performance by minimizing blow outs. Additionally, by promoting more consistent classification process, you decrease labor and limit misplaced material into the downstream process.
