One of the things we do best is work with non professional talent. No rehearsal, no auditions, just people telling their stories. These two regional spots were shot on location at The Culinard, a working culinary school located in Birmingham, Alabama. Our "talent" were actual students, with no previous on screen experiences. It was our job to capture these student's love for the culinary arts and the organized chaos of their classrooms.
