When the Landscape is Quiet Again

A one hour documentary produced by Makoché Studios for the Dakota Institute and broadcast on Public Television. This is the story of North Dakota Governor Arthur A. Link and his efforts to insure responsible energy development in the state during the 1970s. Link famously said during that period, "I will not turn North Dakota into a national sacrifice zone so people on the east and west coasts can run their air conditioners."
