The healthy social life is found
when in the mirror of each human soul
the whole community finds its reflection,
and when in the community
the virtue of each one is living.

This is the Motto of Social Ethic.

'Becoming Magi of the Word: Unfolding the Power within our Speaking'

Part 3: The Power to Create: Entering the Realm of the Ninth Beatitude

"Blessed are you when men shall persecute you and revile you
and say all manner of evil against you falsely, for My sake."

"Rejoice and exult, for great is the consequence for you in Heaven."

In the realm of the Ninth Beatitude, we reach the goal of the path the Christ has opened within our human being. The path of the Beatitudes begins in the inner isolation of earthly consciousness; it ends with our union with the Godhead, with the Creative Word.

What will be required of us to elevate our speaking so that our word becomes creative? How can we experience that today? What effect does it have on the people in our lives when we ignore or deny that power? What can it mean for the world when we take seriously the creative power of our word?

And how will the world respond when we do that?

Edward Schuldt began to work intensively with the Beatitudes in 2011. That work has centered on exploring the Beatitudes as they express the mysteries of the human constitution and relate to the evils dwelling in the sub-earth.

Edward has been active in spiritual science since 1975, first during his time at the University of Chicago and then during his years in Camphill, the Waldorf Movement, and beyond. He is a member of the Anthroposophical Society, the First Class, the Camphill Community, and the Christian Community.
