The real-life SciGirls in these videos all participated in The National Design Challenge. This program, created by the Center for the Advancement of Science in Space (CASIS), invites students to design experiments that become part of the International Space Station’s (ISS) research efforts. Design Challenge experiments are flown to the ISS aboard unmanned cargo missions.
