August 8 2020: Four Directions of Being Mindful with Brother V

Every 2nd Saturday of the month, Vikas Srivastava (aka Brother V) discusses theory, practice, reflection and integration of Being Mindful based on an 4-fold framework (Lakota Medicine Wheel) that revolves around Mental Objectivity, Physical Embodiment, Emotional Resilience and Expanded Awareness.

Brother V has developed and refined his approach and guidance over the last 20 years based on personal practice and working with people of all ages, backgrounds, lifestyles and levels of experience. His major influences are Thich Nhat Hanh and S. N. Goenka. He currently serves as Director of Mindfulness at Legacy Early College (Greenville, SC).

This webinar is appropriate for all ages, especially 11 yrs and older. This webinar is appropriate for all levels of experience.
