HIIT WORKOUTS

These are mainly 15 minutes or less, quick and simple effective HIIT workouts. The majority of them are just bodyweight, but you can find dumbbells and TRX in here too.

A quick, no equipment workout- You can modify as we did without any jump lunges and it's really not too bad! Make it harder by adding push ups to the burpees and keeping the jump lunges in. Enjoy!
