Here you will find all of my FULL BODY workouts. The majority of these require no equipment, but I also have TRX + Dumbbell workouts too!

You can do the majority of this workout with no equipment, but I do have three exercises that utilize a band and dumbbells. This workout is safe for all trimesters- but LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. If anything doesn’t feel right- skip it! Try running through this routine 2x through for the perfect 30 minute pregnancy workout! Enjoy!
