1.) Jump Squats → Pulsing Squat Hold
2.) Plie Jumps → Pulsing Plie Hold
3.) Jump Lunges → Static Pulsing Lunge ES
4.) Glute Bridge → Pulsing Abduction
5.) Glute Kickbacks → Hover Hold + Pulse ES

6 min x 3 rounds = 18 min workout
