3.) SL Glute Bridge (alternating sides each round)
4.) Single Leg Deadlift with Glute Pulse (alternating sides each round)

10 mins
Finish off with 7 min AMRAP :

10 Jump Squats
10 Walking Lunges
10 Burpees
