I apolgize in advance I had the music too loud and didn't realize it so it's hard to hear me, but we all know I just ramble on about nothing anyway so that's okay! This workout is made up of 4 x 4 minute AMRAPs, with 3 moves in each one! I really liked it, hope you do too!
