To make this workout suitable for a beginner- you can modify the jump squats into regular squats, and modify the burpees onto a couch or chair and skip the push up! Also, no need to plank. For the high knees or skipping just march on the spot. This one got my heart rate way up, excellent HIIT workout for anywhere, anytime! Have fun!!
