Full Body Fun Ladder! No Equipment (Beginner -> Advanced)

You can feel free to cut the video short halfway if you are beginner. This workout takes 3 moves, and we move from 10 reps down to 1, and then back up! Good challenge for the whole body, and the brain! haha. Enjoy :)
