1.) Atomic Push Up
2.) Plank Shifts
3.) Pendulum Swing
4.) Circle in & Outs (Elbows or hands)
5.) Body Saw

How to: 
Round 1: Do 40 seconds on 10 seconds rest through the 5 movements
Round 2: Do 30 seconds on, 10 seconds rest through the 5 movements.
Round 3: Do 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest through the 5 movements.
Round 4: Do 10 seconds on, 10 seconds rest through the 5 movements.
