The Chamber hosted this Mayoral Luncheon with Waterbury Mayor the Honorable Neil O’Leary as a forum to connect our local leadership to the community. Informally the Mayor's annual "State of the City" address, Mayor O’Leary reported on progress in the city as well as future plans and priorities.
