Tanner Films has emerged as an exciting new production company that tackles difficult teenage issues such as peer pressure, bullying, and drunk driving. Tanner Films founder, Michael Tanner Cusumano born in Burbank, California. Is a 19 year old award winning film maker. He began making films since he was 12 years old and then started attending the New York Film Academy and USC SCA summer programs. Cusumano's first film, entitled Missing, was followed by the mystery-thriller Sage, which received Best Film Noir at the Burbank International Film Festival. In addition to his efforts at the NYFA and USC, Michael Tanner Cusumano studied film at his high school, Sierra Canyon School, and served as Festival Director of the schools annual film festival. Michael Tanner Cusumano is now attending Dodge College of Film and Media Arts at Chapman University.

'IMPETUOUS' tells the compelling story about a boy named Alexander, a socially awkward teenager and his impractical crush on a popular teenage girl. The film takes on the issue of teenage bullying in high schools social acceptance and cliques. Alexander, who is constantly picked on, is hopelessly infatuated with Brittany. Brittany and her popular clique are amused by Alexander's infatuation, and so Brittany asks Alexander out on a date as a joke. Surprisingly, as Brittany gets to know Alexander, she begins to like him. Unfortunately, she is unable to reverse the cruel joke that is planned for him.
