Movement Preparation: Rapid Through

• Athletes make a simple straight “run” through the ladder

• Start at the bottom of the ladder

• Step into the first square with the left foot

• Step into the second square with the right foot

• Continue alternating one foot per square for length of ladder

PROGRESSION AND MODIFICATION:
1. Start slow, and increase tempo as athletes improve.
2. Put both feet inside each square (“two in each”, “one-two, one-two”).
