Movement Preparation: Box Right
• Athletes start inside the first cone
• TOUCH EVERY CONE:
1. Forward and Back
2. Diagonal and Back
3. Side and Back (side shuffle)
• Each touch is important as it requires athletes to perform a semi-lunge
• Perform both right and left box drills as the diagonal motion, hand touches, and lunges differ with each start position
• Use low-profile cones for this drill
