Show Inactive on Employee File Search
The Show Inactive on Employee File Search field in the Payroll System File can be selected to display all employees when a search is performed in the Employee File in Payroll. If the field is unselected, only active employees are displayed when searching in the Employee File.
Note: This tutorial is designed specifically for the Show Inactive on Employee File Search field in the Payroll module. There is also a Show Inactive on Employee File Search field in the Human Resources System File which has the same effect on an Employee File search performed in Human Resources.
