The Real Junk Food Project
Produced in association with the University of Brighton and the David Thomas Award, "The Real Junk Food Project: Feed Bellies Not Bins" was created by Joe Eggleston, the second annual winner of the David Thomas Award. The film focuses on the network of volunteers in Brighton working to end food waste and poverty in the city. Helping the environment and local communities in the process, their mission is simple: To look at the reasons why food is being thrown away and stop it from happening.
