The National Clinical Training Center for Family Planning (NCTCFP) provides clinical skills training, technical assistance, and educational resources to the Title X and related public health communities. Supported by the Office of Population Affairs (OPA), the NCTCFP works closely with the Family Planning National Training Center to address the needs of Title X grantees and providers.
