Whyte by Alex Pitter, is a combat racing game created in the Unity game engine. The idea behind Whye was to achieve the concept of a stylistic racing game, as well as explore the key components behind game development. The gameplay took heavy influence from F-Zero and Wipeout with fast paced racing in spaceships, incorporating a power up system. Development was entirely solo, from original concept to the finished proof of concept gameplay.
