Time Flies is a group project by MADE students Louise Vaney and Lei Yang. A sorceress in ancient times performs a ritual dance outside a temple at dusk. The skin on her arms has patterns which glow at the start of the dance and expel vibrant smoke. During the dance, she does a small leap in slow motion and the time around her moves backward. The dance resumes and time has moved to mid-day, the sorceress performs a final big leap into the air in slow motion which moves time to sunrise. The effects include augmentation of the structures, 2D skin paint glow effect, 3D smoke effects and composited slow motion and time-lapse acquisition.
