In this off-the-wall, slightly dark comedy, middle managers are groomed for their "new career." The play version of Priming the Pump was selected as a finalist in the 2003 Samuel French International Short Play Festival. The film was adapted from that play. It was directed by Jack McGowan, shot and edited by Pete Slife and written and produced by Mark Bellusci.
