00:08 For this demonstration, we’re going to be showing you how powerful the specific heat of water can actually be. For this experiment, we’re going to be working with a lot of fire so I put my hair up already and I’m going to put a bunch of water on my arms. I’ve already got my sleeves rolled up, just some standard tap water. I’m going to really douse my entire arm, both of them, and now I’m going to walk over to where we’ve got some propane bubbles going.
