Evinrude had a revolutionary 2-stroke engine that was faster, cleaner and more fuel efficient than competing four stroke outboards. The trouble was, consumer's didn't believe it. The industry was abandoning 2-strokes. Mojo created a broadcast documercial (infomercial) that demonstrated E-TEC’s dominance in power, speed, maintenance, fuel efficiency and reliability. After a few airings in key markets, a PR frenzy ignited. Sales rose as much as 400% in key markets during the initial campaign. The infomercial assets were leveraged across DVDs, web content, trade shows and short-form DRTV commercials.
