eMotimo Spectrum ST4-103 - Setting up a Programmed Timelapse

This video is an overview of how to program a timelapse using the Spectrum ST4. If you shoot timelapse already, this is about as basic as it gets. If you don’t shoot timelapse yet and want to see how easy it is to set up a moving timelapse shot on eMotimo’s 4-axis, gaming-controller-driven flagship product, this video is for you. Don’t be fooled though, while eMotimo is known for timelapse, using the Spectrum for timelapse is only scratching the surface of its capabilities. The Spectrum excels in live and recorded environments, enabling you with tools and techniques offered by no other product. Make sure you check out Spectrum’s full capabilities here:

The Spectrum ST4 excels in smooth timelapse shots. The first time you use it, you will find that it's faster, smoother, and quieter than our previous products and anything else on the market (anywhere near it's class).

Setting up a programmed timelapse is easy. Set your start and end points by moving your rig to a position on any/all 4 axis and locking them in. Next, you define the parameters of the timelapse for interval and static time (amount of the time the rig stays still). Then, choose how many frames and how much ramp (smoothing for the start and end of the sequence) you desire and select "Go". The Spectrum ST4 triggers your camera and coordinates all motion from the brains inside the unit.

The eMotimo Spectrum ST4 is a 4-axis motion controller with built in pan and tilt. It is meant for cameras 15 lbs or less. It integrates and drives 2 additional powered axis like slide and focus. It is controlled by either the included wireless gaming remote or the navigation joystick on the side of the unit. With our built in 4-axis controller, you'll spend less time plugging in and routing wires and more time shooting.
