Christian Sinclair is the Director of International Studies at Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA. He serves as the Senior International Officer on campus and works with students and faculty going abroad to study or work and also oversees campus internationalization.

Christian Sinclair is also president of the Kurdish Studies Association and has presented on topical issues related to the Kurds both internationally and in the US. He is the author of the book chapter, “The Evolution of Kurdish Politics in Syria” in “Arab Revolts: Dispatches on Militant Democracy in the Middle East”, and also the article “Media Freedoms and covert diplomacy: Turkey challenges Europe over Kurdish broadcasts” from Global Media and Communication, 2014.

Christian lived in Syria from 1990-1997 and visited many time since, most recently in March 2011, days before the revolution began.
