Workshop 4: Administration as Ministry
Administration as Ministry (Saturday, June 6, 2026 @ 11:30am) - Often, the work of trustees, finance teams, and administrators can feel disconnected from the ministry of worship, discipleship, and care. And yet, these roles in the Body of Christ are instrumental for stewarding the resources God entrusts to our care and channeling them toward greater impact. This workshop, presented by Conference Director of Finance and Administration Jim Ducker, provided some helpful guidance for topics such as stewardship, financial nuts and bolts, insurance, statistical reports, and more.
