13. Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch
Purpose: To stretch the hip flexors
Execution
1. Kneel on floor with maximized distance between right foot and left knee on ground (to create stretch in left hip flexor area). Right hand grabs left wrist (both hands above the head).
2. Squeeze left glute and righ obliques as you pull on the left hand and look left towards the ceiling to create extension, sideflexion and rotation. (Exhale)
3. Gently come out of the stretch on the next inhale.
4. Repeat until relaxation is felt. Then repeat to the other side.
