Monkey People sample
This Colombian fable, narrated by Raul Julia, takes place deep in the rain forest of the Amazon jungle, in a village where everyone wishes to do nothing at all but lie in their hammocks and think great thoughts. One day, a mysterious man arrives who is able to create monkeys that do absolutely everything for them. Soon, the monkeys multiply and take on every human activity—including complaining. Music by Lee Ritenour and art by Diana Bryan. Best for ages five and up.
A Rabbit Ears production.
