Weekly Classes 9.13

In this sequence, Mingtong will guide you to practice and live the Three Treasures of Qigong through moving meditation: LCUPCD and sitting meditation. The classes will focus on the importance of posture and awareness while providing an opportunity to explore important questions from students.
