Rolfing® Movement integration Session 4

We set up the bases for contra lateral walking by relating the horizontal plane of diaphragms with
the inner midline, particularly the diaphragm of the feet (plantar sole) and pelvic floor so that all
diaphragms (respiratory, mouth) start to resonate.
