Rolfing® Movement integration Session 10

In ten we look for a full dynamisation of the spine and appreciate the general balance in coordination
of agonist and antagonist muscles, in feedback (slow) and feedforward (quick) motion and in the three
dimensions. Expansion of the body before walking becomes perceptible.
