Rolfing® Movement integration Session 3

We establish a lateral midline from the top of the head down to the knees, balancing therefore the
activity of flexors muscles in front and extensors in back, spacewise and timewise.

  1. Session 3 exercise 1 : opening of sides with stick, sitting

  2. Session 3 exercise 2 : lying to the side, pushing wall with hand or foot

  3. Session 3 exercise 3 : Sitting, lifting of stick in the sagittal plane

  4. Session 3 exercise 4 : Standing, lifting of stick in the sagittal plane

  5. Session 3 exercise 5 : sitting up from floor with stick
