Rolfing® Movement integration Session 2

We feed the dynamic of feet and legs all the way up the spine by re-establishing the palpatory
function of the feet and balance in its three functional arches.

  1. Session 2 exercise 1 : Toes up / down, sitting against wall

  2. Session 2 exercise 2 : Knees up / down, feet against wall

  3. Session 2 exerise 3 : Pelvic rock supine, up to C7

  4. Session 2 exercise 4 : sitting & standing on Chopard’s articulation

  5. Session 2 exercise 5 : Simple flight of eagle (I)
