The 80th Anniversary Commemoration of 'The Battle of Heligoland Bight' Service.

Held at RAF Memorial Runnymede. A service of remembrance of the first named air-battle of World War Two involving the loss of 12 of 22 Wellington Bombers and 57 airmen. A baptism of fire for the RAF. Brooklands Museum's R for Robert was one of those Wellingtons that made it home.
